On February 12, Xingtian Derun's January summary meeting and February kick-off meeting were held in the China Resources Center. This was the second summary meeting held in China Resources and the first after the Spring Festival. All employees of Xingtian gathered at 2220 to attend the monthly summary meeting.
The first item of the meeting was the demonstration of team morale. The winning team was the partners of the customer service department. Six beautiful little sisters showed us the outstanding demeanor of the professional team.
The second item of the meeting was the employee becoming a full member ceremony. This time, there were three full members. Congratulations on becoming a full member of Xingtian! The third item of the meeting was the commendation ceremony for outstanding employees. This time, several outstanding young partners came to the stage to receive the honor gained through their own efforts. I hope that those who did not win will continue to work hard, and you can do it next time! Next came the fourth item of the meeting. President Tian came to the stage and summarized the work in January, pointed out the shortcomings and gave guidance, and again made further arrangements for this year's work. The following is the last item of this meeting, the staff birthday party. Everyone sent birthday songs and sincere wishes to the birthday partners. A new project was added to this monthly meeting. After the staff birthday party, it was time for all staff to have a tea party. This tea party selected several excellent staff to share their stories or read a good book for everyone, and the scene was full of warmth. Happy time always passes too fast.
