On July 16, Xingtian Science and Technology launched an outdoor group building activity with the theme of "challenging ourselves, surpassing ourselves, and working together to achieve a better future".
Facing the rising sun, everyone gathered in the Great Foshan Scenic Area of Lingyan Temple in Jinan, received sunscreen ice sleeves, bottled drinking water and other equipment in an orderly manner, and began to cross the 15 km long hike. During this hiking, Xingtian Technology has set up supply points along the way to prepare energy supplies such as drinking water, chocolate, bananas, sugar, and common medicines such as Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, as well as supply vehicles and accompanying team doctors to ensure everyone's safety.
Although the journey was ups and downs, Xingtian's friends supported and encouraged each other, and the hiking process seemed to be much easier. In the end, it took only two and a half hours for all the children of Xingtian Technology to complete the 15km hiking journey, and no one left behind. They successfully challenged the limits and exceeded themselves.
After the lunch break, in order to further increase the communication between the partners, an interesting dry land curling competition was held under the leadership of the coach. Everyone broke the departmental restrictions and was mixed into six teams, and the championship competition started in pairs. The scene of active preparation was full of enthusiasm, loud shouts and hearty laughter continued on the field, and the team members of each group cooperated and cooperated with each other, further deepening the friendship in the game full of laughter.
In this group building, we fully carried forward the spirit of team cooperation in the team activity of combining work and rest, which not only brought wake-up and impact to the body accustomed to sitting in the office all day, but also made us personally realize that one person may be able to go faster, but a group of people can go further, and the strength of the team is unbreakable. The success of the team requires the joint efforts of each member.
